PromptAI is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect as little data as possible and your prompt data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly export it.

What we don't collect

• We do not store your prompts on our servers
• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not track individual usage or create user profiles
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties

What we do collect

We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to understand overall usage patterns (e.g., total page views, general feature usage). This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Your prompt data

All prompts you generate are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. This data:

• Lives only on your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Is deleted if you clear your browser data
• Can be exported as a JSON file using the Export feature

API processing

When you generate or refine a prompt, your input text is sent to our server, which forwards it to the AI model for processing. We do not log or store these requests beyond what's needed for the immediate response.

Cookies

We use local storage for your Prompt Library. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
